Sometimes, when I would tell my dad about some outrageous thing I wanted when I was a kid he would say, "Well, want in one hand and pee in the other and see which one gets filled first." Yeah, I know, but still. He had a point. Wanting something wasn't going to get me any closer to actually getting it. I should have said, "So, here's what I want and this is what I'm willing to do to make it happen." But what nine year old uses reason? Anyway - my point. I want something.
